She took her time to explain every scenario with me and guide me through the process. She & her staff at the "Assist to Sell" office in Bellingham where professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. I especially liked the fact that Joyce was in constant contact via e-mail, voice mail or in person. She was always available. | Our agent Dave Hosford did a very great job helping us look at houses and finding just the right one. Dave definitely went above and beyond his original job description to meet with us at evening hours anytime when it was convenient for us. Dave also looked up many numbers on houses for us without a problem even when I had a list of 10, just so I could have the address of each one. Dave always answered all of my questions even when I kept on repeating myself. Even at our closing date Dave truly stepped up to the plate when the seller would not stop complaining, and her realtor just stood there and did nothing.

Our home sale unfortunately fell into a 1% area, which made the sale horrendous with regards to the buyer. Ron however, continuously worked in our best interest to keep the sale moving along. Frustrating doesn't begin to explain how we felt, but Ron certainly kept us on track.
